Demand-Based Business Skills Training and Business Support Materials Distribution Program Successfully Completed under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program

समुदायमा आधारित पुनर्स्थापना कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत मागमा आधारित व्यवसाय सञ्चालन तालिम तथा व्यवसायिक सामग्री वितरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न

Under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program, with the financial support of Siddhalek Rural Municipality, Dhading, a three-day Demand-Based Business Skills Training was successfully conducted on Jestha 8, 9, and 10, 2083 B.S. The program was organized with the objective of promoting the economic empowerment and self-reliance of persons with disabilities.

A total of 18 persons with disabilities from Siddhalek Rural Municipality actively participated in the training. The program provided participants with practical knowledge and skills in business selection, business management, financial management, market management, and entrepreneurship.

Following the completion of the training, business support materials were distributed to the participants based on their individual needs and interests to help them establish or strengthen their income-generating activities. Accordingly:

14 participants received improved breed goats for commercial goat farming.
1 participant received materials required for upgrading a goat shed.
3 participants received essential materials for starting or operating a grocery shop.

This initiative is expected to enhance the income-generating capacity of persons with disabilities, enabling them to become more self-reliant and lead dignified lives. The Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program remains committed to continuing similar initiatives in the future to promote the economic, social, and vocational empowerment of persons with disabilities.

समुदायमा आधारित पुनर्स्थापना (CBR) कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत सिद्धलेक गाउँपालिका, धादिङ को आर्थिक सहयोगमा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण तथा आत्मनिर्भरता अभिवृद्धि गर्ने उद्देश्यले मिति २०८३ साल जेठ ८, ९ र १० गते तीनदिने मागमा आधारित व्यवसाय सञ्चालन सम्बन्धी तालिम सफलतापूर्वक सञ्चालन गरिएको थियो।
उक्त तालिममा सिद्धलेक गाउँपालिकाका १८ जना अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरू को सक्रिय सहभागिता रहेको थियो। तालिममार्फत व्यवसाय छनोट, व्यवसाय सञ्चालन, वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन, बजार व्यवस्थापन तथा उद्यमशीलतासम्बन्धी व्यावहारिक ज्ञान र सीप प्रदान गरिएको थियो।
तालिम सम्पन्न भएपछि सहभागीहरूको आवश्यकता तथा रुचिका आधारमा व्यवसाय सञ्चालनका लागि आवश्यक सहयोगसमेत उपलब्ध गराइएको थियो। जसअनुसार
१४ जना सहभागीलाई उन्नत जातका बाख्रा वितरण गरिएको
१ जना सहभागीलाई बाख्राको खोर सुधारका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री उपलब्ध गराइएको, तथा
३ जना सहभागीलाई किराना पसल सञ्चालनका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री हस्तान्तरण गरिएको थियो।
यस कार्यक्रमले अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको आयआर्जनमा वृद्धि गर्दै उनीहरूलाई आत्मनिर्भर र सम्मानजनक जीवनयापनतर्फ उन्मुख गराउने विश्वास लिइएको छ। आगामी दिनहरूमा पनि समुदायमा आधारित पुनर्स्थापना कार्यक्रममार्फत अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको आर्थिक, सामाजिक तथा व्यावसायिक सशक्तीकरणका लागि यस्ता कार्यक्रमहरूलाई निरन्तरता दिइनेछ।
