**Business Support Materials Distributed under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program**

Under the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program, with financial support from **Galchhi Rural Municipality, Dhading**, a **Business Orientation Program** was successfully conducted on **Ashar 6, 2083 B.S.** for **43 persons with disabilities** residing within the municipality.

The orientation program assessed the participants' interests, capacities, and individual needs to identify suitable income-generating activities. Based on the business plans prepared by the participants, business support materials were distributed to promote and strengthen their selected enterprises.

The support provided included:

* **26 participants** received improved breed goats.
* **1 participant** received a breeding buck for goat farming.
* **6 participants** received galvanized roofing sheets for upgrading goat sheds.
* **1 participant** received poultry shed construction materials.
* **2 participants** received local chicken chicks.
* **1 participant** received sewing and tailoring equipment.
* **1 participant** received materials for tunnel vegetable farming.
* **5 participants** received essential materials for operating grocery shops.

The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance the skills, capacities, and self-reliance of persons with disabilities by expanding their income-generating opportunities and supporting sustainable self-employment within their local communities.

The program is expected to make a meaningful contribution to the economic empowerment, social inclusion, and dignified livelihoods of persons with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and long-term sustainability.

समुदायमा आधारित पुनर्स्थापन (CBR) कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत गल्छी गाउँपालिका, धादिङको आर्थिक सहयोगमा गाउँपालिकाभित्र रहेका ४३ जना अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूका लागि मिति २०८३ साल असार ६ गते व्यवसाय सञ्चालन सम्बन्धी अभिमुखीकरण कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरिएको थियो।
कार्यक्रममार्फत सहभागीहरूको रुचि, क्षमता र आवश्यकता पहिचान गरी उनीहरूले सञ्चालन गर्न चाहेको व्यवसायका आधारमाव्यवसाय प्रवर्द्धन सहयोग प्रदान गरिएको थियो। अभिमुखीकरणपछि सहभागीहरूको व्यवसायिक योजनाअनुसार निम्नानुसार सामग्री वितरण गरिएको थियोः
२६ जनालाई उन्नत जातका बाख्रा
१ जनालाई प्रजननका लागि बिउँड (ब्याड) बोका
६ जनालाई बाख्राको खोर सुधारका लागि जस्तापाता
१ जनालाई कुखुरापालनका लागि खोर निर्माण सामग्री
२ जनालाई लोकल कुखुराका चल्ला
१ जनालाई सिलाइ–कटाइ व्यवसाय सञ्चालनका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री
१ जनालाई टनेल प्रविधिमा तरकारी खेतीका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री
५ जनालाई किराना पसल सञ्चालनका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री
यस कार्यक्रमको मुख्य उद्देश्य अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको सीप, क्षमता र आत्मनिर्भरतामा अभिवृद्धि गर्दै उनीहरूको आयआर्जनका अवसर विस्तार गर्नु तथा स्थानीय स्तरमै दिगो स्वरोजगार सिर्जना गर्न सहयोग पुर्‍याउनु रहेको छ।यस्ता पहलले अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण, सामाजिक समावेशीकरण र सम्मानजनक जीवनयापनमा महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने विश्वास लिइएको छ।
