Notice Inviting Quotations

Disability Rehabilitation Society Dhading (DRS-Dhading) is implementing the Asha Project with financial support from Care Nepal. Under the aforementioned project, food items and winter supplies are required for women, adolescent girls, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities. Therefore, interested authorized sellers, suppliers, and distributors registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) are invited to submit their quotations within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice for the supply of the specified materials.
Terms and Conditions:
* The quotation form must be obtained from the office of Disability Rehabilitation Society Dhading, located at Nilkantha Municipality Ward No. 3, Shantabazar.
* The said form must be submitted to the office of the organization within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, specifying the rate including Value Added Tax (VAT).
* Documents to be submitted along with the quotation:
d) Copy of Firm Registration Certificate
e) Copy of Firm VAT Registration Letter
f) Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2081/082
* On the outside of the sealed quotation envelope, the bidder's name, address, contact number, and the firm's official stamp are mandatory.
* The rate for each item specified in the quotation form must be clearly written in both figures and words (excluding VAT). In case of a discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words shall be recognized. Overwriting or fluid (correction tape) applied figures will not be valid.
* The quotation form must be closed in an envelope and sealed with wax; otherwise, the organization shall not be bound to register the said quotation.
* Submitted quotations will be opened at the organization's office by representatives of the organization on the day following the deadline for registration.
* Quotations received after the deadline or without fulfilling the due process will not be acted upon.

* The deadline for submitting forms is until 5:00 PM on 2083/06/19.
* All other matters shall be in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal.
